Right, hi there. :)

I'm Mads and part of a brand new online radio station called Shathor, with a stream focusing mainly on the genre Darkpsy.

It's pretty much psychedelic trance only it's more about rhytyms and details, rather then the melodic part - it's dark

psychedelic trance.

We're looking for a skilled artist who'd be interested in designing our official logo, or maybe even entire webpage if he/she

has the time, as none of us in the staff have got the slightest skill in this area, which again make our radio look bad, even

though the rhytyms are pretty excellent. :no:

This is a commercial-free project, as with almost anything outside the mainstream, but we have the equipment and servers in

place to take care of a rather large amount of users on our radio stream,

meaning?

We cant' pay the artist, atleast not yet - however, we'd be glad to make a big deal of the promotion of the artist creating

our logo (or entire website) in any way we can, hopefully leading to more recognition in a growing community of dark- and

full on psychedelic trance music.

We're using a CMS (Content Management System) called Joomla right now - simple stuff, and for the forum - we use SMF (Simple

Machines Forums), with templates mainly blackish dark as a whole.

Yeah yeah, laugh it off, I made that site logo with my uber layer-design skills in photoshop, same with the forum logo, as

you can see this is clearly not the way to go if one dreams to ensure a good impression from it's users.

Anyway, if you're the skilled risktaking artist we're looking for, and you might have a great idea of how things should

-really- look, here are the original size logos for both the site and the forum:

Trust me, I know.

For the idea, it's entirely up to you, but it would be cool if the T in Shathor were replaced with Mjolnir (Thor's hammer,

from norse mythology), but if you and your creativity have a better idea, we're be all for it. :) We have absolutely nothing

against being affiliated with the sacred fungi, if you see it fits, feel free to implement that.

Preferably somewhat identical to the sitelogo, however, to match the template installed, it should be as transparent as

possible, if the entire background is filled it might crash with the forum template.

Our goal is to become one of the leading online radio stations spinning dark- and full on psychedelic trance music, promoting

great known and unknown DJ's from all around the world, and we'd be honored to promote what automatically comes with the

music, the beautiful, psychedelic art, and especially our artist designer.
